Look Up! Mens Retreat in TN 

Danny spoke to men hungry for God’s word at the #JohnnyCash Story Tellers and #hideawayfarm in Bon Aqua, TN.  Great weather and beautiful fall foliage.  Much prayer.

Hendersonville, TN

Just prior to the event, we drove to wonderful Hendersonville.  There we met with the Head of Parks and Recreation, Andy (preparing for a big event and BBQ at Vererans Park).  Also met with our dear friends and #grandoleopry members, the amazing family The Isaacs.

Organizers

Many thanks to our hosts Hope Hines – Mark McFerran – Paul Sparrow – Jeff Feldman (and their beautiful spouses) who graciously welcomed us, fed us, and took care of our logistics. Southern hospitality at its best, they introduced us to many of the men of God in TN.  Our friend Ivan (who is laying the groundwork for the movie of Danny’s life) flew in from California just for this retreat.

Pastor Prays Over Us

It was especially humbling, when asked what do we need, to have Pastor Isaiah pray and prophesy over us.  The men laid hands and blessed us. WOW.
– Brett Richard Swayn of The Cookery – Nashville shared his jaw-dropping testimony and ministry, a teaching restaurant, helping the homeless get on their feet and learn the culinary arts.
– We preached, shared about #spiritualwarfare, and had many opportunities to #pray at several men’s prayer groups in #franklintn
– I was given the floor a few times to speak and say the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
– We made two flag presentations to the owners of the Hideway Farm (the Oxleys), and to Dr. Dennis Wells of @ManSchoolTN

Special Prayer Opportunity

We met with the planning team of the Great American Prayer Event on Nov 4th, 2025, led by Alabama Senator Hank Erwin and Hope Hines and supported by a magnificent and devoted team at Gateway Community Church (Franklin, TN).  Networked across the US for one thing: #PrayForAmerica at 6 pm your time (we organized prayer in in Ukraine and Latin America to pray for the US).
